So for some reason this week 4 different little kids have decided that they are my best friend haha Jeffrey, Lucio, Simone, and Nathaniel.
Jeffrey is the son of a less active and is a total bro! He is 3 years old and Asked me to be his Kompis (best friend) He also tries to take a photo of Krebs and I on my camera but ended up taking a video, I'll send it ;)
Lucios is the Kid I raced that one time in church and he had to buy some new glasses this week and he wanted glasses like Äldste Hemmingsen! hahaha
Simone made the missionaries friendship bracelets when we were at her house for dinner on Sunday.
This Sunday I was asked to be in charge of Nathaniel during priamry. He had like ADHDx3452 so he needs help to be reverent during primary. We ended up doing into the hall and he had me hold his wrist and then he would walk up my leg and do a backflip! We did that for 45 minutes hahaha.
This week we also had our Ward Christmas party! The missionaries were asked to be the Wise men and shepherds in the play. There are lots of members here from Afghanistan and so they helped make our head things for the play. We look like we were in the Taliban or KKK hahaha ;) But the Christmas party went super well! We did lots of Swedish traditions (of course) like singing and dancing around a Christmas tree and they had a Lucia skit which is like a like play/musical. It was really really fun and I just love this ward and everyone in it. Malmö is going to be really hard to leave :(
This week Su and his buddies also challenged Krebs and I to basketball. I "just so happened" to have brought my basketball shoes, being the well prepared Eagle Scout like I am ;) I pulled them out and taught some Asians/Afghanistans/Iranians how to ball hahaha it was super fun! And after the game, one of Su's friends said he was interested in Religion and asked if he could have one of our Books of Mormon! Btw the team I was on never lost ;) #onlyshotthrees
Oh and good luck to all you suckers who have started conditioning for basketball ;) Have fun ;)
Well I am doin super well out here in Sweden folks! I love this work and I can't believe they let you do it for two years! Wow! I love you all! God Jul!! (Merry Christmas!)
