1. Falsterbo beach
2. Stockholm
3. Copenhagen Denmark/ Temple
4. Member visits x134256
5. Transfers!!
6. and other stuff I'll probs forget... lol
Last Monday before we went to the beach, we got some food and the lady at the register asked me if I was from Norway because I sounded Norwegian lawlz #wearegettincloserfolks
So Brinkers had an infection 6 months ago and had to get a check up in Stockholm because the doctors didn't want to send the records to Malmö (like I aint mad). So we took a train for 5 hours on Tuesday, went to the appointment on Wednesday morning and had like 4 hours before our train left back to Malmö so we walked around Stockholm and then had lunch with Peterson!!!! I missed that kid!!!!!
Then on Saturday our ward went to Denmark and went to the temple. Brinkiepie and I were able to bring one of the new members we work with to do baptisms for the first time! For all y'all's out there that don't know, in our church, you can go to a temple and do "proxy" baptisms for people who have died and didn't have the chance to get baptized during their lifetime. So that is what Brinkybee and I did with Nasir for his first time. It was a fantastic experience and I loved being able to do all the ordinances in Swedish, it felt so much more natural ;)
After the temple, Magnus Molbaek, (a denish member of ours) gave us a little tour around Copenhagen. It was soooo cool!! The Molbaek family is just the best, they have two little kids and they remind me exactly of how I picture Jeffrey Lawrence and Jodi Paige when they were young parents (you're still young tho mom ;)
As we were walking around Copenhagen and I was observing the Molbaeks in their "natural habitat", I could just tell how much they all love each other and they will have that love with them forever. I am so so grateful that I can spend forever with my family, they are the best friends that I will ever have!
So on Friday night, the ZLs got a call for transfers... folks I'm leaving Malmö! :( My heart it torn, I LOOOVE Malmö but I would also like to experience more of Sweden. This place has become my home and I made sure to tell all the members that this is not good-bye #swedentour2016 Malmö has been Legen... WaIt FoR iT.. dary!!!
And my next area will be.... drum roll please... Katrineholm! Katrineholm is in the Södtalje Zone and Äldste Rasmussen (my trainer) is the ZL there!! I will be with an Äldste Bodine (who I hear is a complete bro dog) In Katrineholm there are 20 active members. This is more of a tyipical branch in Sweden. There will also be 4 missionaries there. Me, Bodine, and then Äldste Barker is training there too!!! I love Barker and I am so excited to mess with his greenie!! #jokes!! Just kidding I'll play nice ;)
The rest of the days we spent saying good-bye to the members and such even those members that kinda bugged me a little I realized how much I am going to miss them. Malmö is my home away from home and I can't wait to come back someday!!!
Well I think that is all folks!!
I will be taking a 5 hour train ride to K-Holm on Tuesday so I still got time baby!!
I love you guys and I hope you had a fantastic Valentines!! I spent mine in Denmark #beatthat ;)
Mvh
