We started off the week planning with the Beckstrand's for a training we will be having in every zone this month. We start next Tuesday in Umeå. We will be going from every zone and teaching them how to effectively plan bland annat! It'll be super good!
We also taught my favorite Chinese man Ken and his family. They were baptized in the Fall by Elder Rasmussen! We taught them how to use Preach My Gospel and how it can benefit their family.
We also got dropped/we dropped all of our investigators over the last few weeks so we have been out on the streets finding the prepared! Feels good to find! #yougottalovetheprocess
We had splits with our district leader this week. I was in Jakobsberg with the stud Elder Castleton-Rudolph himself! We had a super good day of teaching made a few baptismal dates and finding. I was very impressed with his diligence and I learned a lot about having a positive attitude. You're a stud man! Luis (one of his baptismal dates) invited me to celebrate at his birthday party with him too!
We spent a few nights working with the Beckstrand's on some stuff. They are the greatest people ever. I am 100% sure that they were the people that I needed to have as my mission president and wife. I have learned sooo much from them. They are the best!
We also went on splits with Handen ZLs this week. I was with Elder Johanson. He went to BYUI for a semester and we decided to room when he gets back!! He is a super duper good missionary and we honestly had the best splits of my mission. We had nothing planned and we just hit the streets and TAUGHT. He is a stud. All the missionaries are studs. Sweden is the best. Amen.
We also had the opportunity to celebrate Valborg this weekend. (the end of winter and in with spring) We went to Västerhaninge and had a good time. It was weird to not wear a tie. I still had the nametag so it wasn't completely new to me ;) I was talking to a member when all of a sudden someone jumped on me, I turned around and it was the man Taylor Bouton himself!!! Formally Elder Bouton. He was my one of my two MTC companions 21 (what?) months ago. He is back in Sweden doing an internship and came to see me at Valborg!! I love that guy, he is the kindest, happiest kid ever! Love you man!
Well that is the week in a nut shell. I have been studying the book of Acts a lot still. I am amazed by the faith of apostles. They knew what they believed and would not back from it.
I also just want to invite anyone who has not read the Book of Mormon to give it a try. I promise you it'll change your life.
Have a good week love you guys!!
